I am not sure if this is too the assignment but I know of a Privacy Intrusion Law suit that was leveled against Google by Rosemary Port. Basically this chick was smack talking some super model online on Blog Spot then the model sues Google for slander and demands the user to be named. Google in turn gave the model the users real name.
